With the launch of Atlas Gold, Rocket Matter has added several new features designed to help lawyers streamline their practice and increase their efficiency.

Communicator provides secure messaging so that firm members can collaborate on cases without ever leaving Rocket Matter. Lawyers are constantly on the move, and more and more business is conducted via smartphone, which is why Rocket Matter redesigned its mobile applications. Available for iOS, Android, and Windows devices, the Rocket Matter mobile apps all include Communicator. The apps will also let you check your matter information, track your time, and upload and view documents.

Rocket Matter also now integrates with LawToolBox, a court rules provider and deadline management system. LawToolBox subscribers can now import their case deadlines directly into Rocket Matter so that important matter dates and milestones are never missed.

Rocket Matter users can also take advantage of Rocket Matter’s tight integration with LexCharge, which allows attorneys to collect both credit card payments and eCheck payments. With eChecks, clients provide their bank account information and pay directly, rather than via a traditional paper check or a credit card. This cuts down on the time you spend waiting to get paid and allows you to avoid credit card processing costs. If you offer payment plans or recurring billing, eChecks are an easy way for clients to pay you quickly and securely.
